This is a list of the events that Gemwaith Nia Jewellery will be attending during 2010.

August

October

JEWELLERY PARTIES

A great way of spending a fun evening with friends. Or you might prefer to host a coffee morning or maybe an afternoon tea party instead. Whichever you choose, it means you get to try on and buy my exclusive handmade jewellery in the comfort of your own home, in the company of like-minded friends. All the jewellery will be available to take away on the day, and you can pay by credit/debit card, cheque or cash.

With prices starting at just £5, there is something for everybody! And every item will be carefully and beautifully packed, with a little surprise in each package.

As hostess, you will receive jewellery to the value of 10% of sales, as well as an extra "thank you" gift.

And if you would like to raise money for your favourite charity, then why not organise a party as a fundraising event. I am happy to donate 15% to the good cause of your choice.

GROUP EVENINGS

Do you belong to a social or community-based group such as the W.I., Merched Y Wawr, Clwb Gwawr, Countrywomen's Group, Church or Chapel Sisterhood? Then you are welcome to contact me if you think your group would enjoy an evening that's a little bit different to run-of-the-mill talks. I am happy to come along to your meeting and talk - in Welsh or English - a little about jewellery making, incorporating the history, and social, religious and therapeutic significance of beads, gemstones and jewellery. I always bring along a varied selection of my hand-made pieces, so purchases may be made that evening. Any fee or expenses that your group would normally give to the speaker, I would ask to be donated to the good cause of your choice.
