POSTAGE AND PACKING

The jewellery you order will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper inside an organza gift bag or decorated box, and sent in a securely sealed padded bag.

For delivery within the UK
There is a £2.50 postage and packing charge per order irrespective of the number of items. Items are sent first class by Royal Mail.

Next Day Special Delivery within the UK
Recommended for all one-of-a-kind items that contain handmade glass, as these cannot be replicated in the unusual event of them going astray. This option enables your item to be tracked throughout the delivery process, and requires a signature upon arrival. Guaranteed by the Post Office to arrive next day. The price is £5.50, an additional £3 on top of our standard delivery charge.

For delivery anywhere else in the World
There is a £5.00 postage and packing charge per order irrespective of the number of items. Items are sent first class by Royal Mail.

Please allow 7 - 14 days for delivery, although I do try to dispatch orders as soon as possible, usually on the next working day.

If you are choosing a piece of jewellery as a special gift, then please order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
