Please be aware that all the jewellery is hand made by myself, and should be treated with care. To keep your jewellery in good condition, avoid contact with substances such as perfume and hairspray, and keep the items in a sealable bag when not being worn, as constant exposure to air will result in the silver tarnishing quickly. Keep them away from young children as the beads could present a choking hazzard.

If you are unhappy with your purchases, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to sort out any problems.

ORDERING

Simply decide on your jewellery, click on the "Add To Shopping Basket" box, where your purchases will be stored until you decide to check out. All transactions are hosted on a secure server, so you can be assured that your card details will be protected.

I hope that you will be delighted with your purchases! However, if you are not happy, I will accept returns within 7 days of receipt, and providing that the items are in ORIGINAL and UNWORN condition.

I do ask that you contact me first, to explain the reason for the return.

Returns must be sent by Special Delivery (UK), or overseas signed-for, at your own cost.
I am sorry but I cannot accept the return of commissioned pieces, or items which have been altered to your specific size or requirements.

I am also unable to refund earring purchases, due to E.U. Hygiene regulations.

Return postage and packing costs are NOT refundable.

Refunds will be made by the same method as your original payment.
